Reports
If you are using a program than includes MMS File Maintenance, you will
receive many reports. These reports include:
- Audit Reports
Shows donations posted, name changes, record deletions, record additions,
etc.
- Statistical Report
Breaks down your success by areas you define and shows
five years of overall history.
Also includes a page of statistics showing average donation, donors from
last year that didn't donate this year, new donors and MANY other very
useful information.
- Contributor's Report
Lists ONLY the addresses that contributed to your fund drive.
- Address List
Gives a listing of all of the addresses on your list.
- Year-End Report
Shows all of your addresses and a five year history of contributions for
each address.
